He also replaced our kitchen sink faucet. He did a great job. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and polite. "Our experience with Rascher was excellent. Getting an appointment was quick and the tech arrived on time. He evaluated the problem we had with our baseboard heat and knew exactly how to fix it. The repair was done to our satisfaction. We also mentioned a plumbing problem we had with a vintage water fixture. "I had a 30-yr old water heater fail. I wanted to replace it and decided to replace the other one in our duplex that was over 25 years old. Rascher was very responsive, gave me a rough estimate which sounded in line with other quotes and I agreed to have them come out. "When we arranged our anniversary party at our house, everything seemed perfect except the kitchen sink started to leak. The water started to leak through the garbage disposal. The guests were supposed to arrive in an hour and we really don't know what to do. One of my friends who had arrived early referred them. I immediately called them and informed about our situation.
